Description: Collège Alpin Beau Soleil recruits Summer Camp Head of Entertainment From 25th June to 10th August 2026 At Beau Soleil, our Summer Camp is huge fun We welcome children aged 8 to 17 from around the world to an exceptional environment where they are challenged, encouraged and supported through a wide range of activities and experiences. Beau Soleil Summer Camp is the experience of a lifetime where international friendships are born and participant’s self-confidence is developed. Key to our success are the people we employ YOUR MISSION Join us as the Head of Entertainment, where you’ll lead a talented team dedicated to creating an unforgettable entertainment program for our campers In this dynamic role, you’ll plan and execute a variety of engaging activities, ensuring every camper enjoys a memorable experience. Your leadership will cultivate a vibrant environment where creativity and enthusiasm flourish, making each day an adventure. If you’re ready to inspire joy and foster lasting memories, this is the perfect opportunity for you YOUR RESPONSABILITIES • Lead and inspire the entertainment staff to express their creativity • Ensure the team effectively fulfills their duties and leads • Develop and oversee the camp’s entertainment schedule, including evening and on-campus activities • Supervise daily evening activities, ensuring smooth and safe operations • Serve as the main communication point between the entertainment team and camp monitors • Delegate tasks for efficient event execution
Profil requis: YOUR PROFILE • Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency • Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination • Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management • Good organizational and time-management skills • Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus • Demonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress • Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity • Experience working in multicultural environments HOW TO APPLY Please send us your complete application (CV, covering letter, diplomas and certificates) via our website https://www.beausoleil.ch/careers.
