Ensure that the daily scheduled theme night events are being promoted with flyers and announced the day before.
Make preparation for the daily scheduled theme day by preparing the set-up of all equipments and prizes that are given out. Make sure that the floor plan is organized and cleaned accordingly. Have all corresponding set-up ready 15 minutes before events starts. To make sure that the music volume is at a moderate level and meets the atmospheric ambiance around the bar and restaurants. Let all guests know that you are aware of their presence with eye contact, a big smile and proper greetings and acknowledgement, treat them with courtesy and give them information when requested.
To ensure we meet all guests expectation and create an enjoyable and comfortable ambiance. To be creative by implementing new events ideas of enjoyable activities on monthly bases for our guests.
Must have a thorough knowledge of hosting events. Must have a pleasant and neat appearance. Wear appropriate dress, uniform and name tag. Must be well mannered, customer-minded, team oriented, friendly without being too familiar, look at your responsibilities as a professional; not just as a job. Must be flexible, willing to work overtime whenever necessary (willing to work holidays). Must be fluent in the languages English and/or Spanish and/or French and/or German and/or Dutch. Must be able to work under pressure without losing composure and friendly attitude. Must be able to lift 30 lbs of force occasionally and be able to regularly and constantly carry, pull, push or otherwise move objects with the same weight. |
